The work konkylie, konkylie, konkylie, was curated by designer Ole Jensen, for the group show “News value” at the Peach Corner Gallery, in Copenhagen (still ongoing until 6th of November!).
The installation is consisting of three different materials that is repeating the form of a snail shell, or a conch. The visitor is invited to drop water into the copper shape, with the help of a pipette, that is standing next to the work. The water is running through a small hole, lands on the top of the porcelaine conch. It runs along the porcelaine shape, and eventually down into the plaster, to be absorbed.
